  1. Kediaman/Residential
    • RM25 per month
    • TM Fixed line for personal users only
    • Business customers or business area address are not allowed to apply for this package
  2. Perniagaan/Business
    • RM45 per month
    • TM Fixed line for business customers, where installation address is a business area

REGISTRATION FLOW
  • This section is only for customer who does not have a telephone line and wish to apply for:
    • Telephone line only
    • Telephone line + Streamyx
  • If customer already has a telephone line and wish to apply for Streamyx only, kindly proceed to STREAMYX section.
  • You are required to download and print out the application form as printed copies are accepted by TM.
  • Kediaman/Residential application form is solely for personal package whereas business line application form is solely for business package, please do not mix up your submitted forms.
  • After filling up all relevant information, partners are required to scan & email all supporting documents to us.
  • We will process your order only if we receive all supporting documents.
  • Your order will be rejected if you fail to provide all supporting documents.

TELEPHONE LINE AND STREAMYX INSTALLATION
  • Installation will be done within 1 week after registration if your order was processed successfully. Contractor will contact your customer for installation.
  • Problematic order such as order with "Kaji Siasat" or "Tunggu" status takes longer time for installation. It may take more than 1 week, 1 month or even few months for TM to solve the problem.

REMEMBER TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER
  • TM will charge additional deposit RM1000 on foreign customers.
  • There will be a connection fee of RM50 for telephone line installation whereby your customer has to pay cash on the spot.
  • There will be additional charges if your customer requests for extra cabling whereby customer has to deal personally with contractor.

    • A clear photocopy IC of customer for Malaysian or a clear photocopy passport of customer for foreigner (Passport expiry date must not be less than 2 years from registration date)

    • Application Form with Company Stamp
    • NRIC / Passport
    • SSM ROB - Form D or Form E
  • Perniagaan/Business Package - Sdn Bhd (ROC)
    • Application Form with Company Stamp
    • SSM ROC - Forms 9, 24 & 49
    • NRIC/Passport
  • Perniagaan/Business Package - Berhad (ROC)
    • Application Form with Company Stamp
    • Form 8 & 23
    • Authorized Person Form / Letter and NRIC/Passport
  • Perniagaan/Business Package - Foreign Company
